How Do I Shop and Buy Items at GO Shop?
First, Select your items
Choose what you want. Search by keyword or item number in the Search box. Or browse by category to see our complete selection of products.
Then, place your items in your Shopping Cart.
It’s simple: Just choose your color and size, and hit ADD TO CART.
Now you are ready to Check Out
When you’ve finished shopping, hit VIEW CART and review the items in your shopping cart.
When you’re ready, hit PROCEED TO CHECKOUT. If you are not already a registered GO shopper, you will then need to insert your billing address and credit card information. (You can only ship to one address each time you checkout. If you are shopping for people at different addresses, you will need to place each order separately.
Once you are set with your billing and credit card information, click "Submit Order." You will be given one more chance to review the items you want to purchase. If everything is in order, simply click "Order Now." Your credit card will be charged when the order is shipped.

How Will I Know That Your Received My Order?
You will receive a Girl Scout order confirmation e-mail with your customer number and purchase order number. Any back-ordered items will be identified in the e-mail. If you have additional questions, e-mail our Customer Service team or call our Customer Service hotline, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. -5 p.m. EST, at (800) 811-9342, menu 2 (for U.S. callers only). Outside the United States, call (212) 869-1255.
Can I Cancel or Add to My Order?
Once you have received your order number, we are unable to cancel or add to your order. We can, however, cancel a back-order. To cancel a back-order, e-mail Customer Service or call (800) 811-9342 and choose menu 2. We will try to accommodate additions to an order by placing a second order and charging the difference incurred in the shipping and handling charges. Please note: if you cancel an item that qualified you for a discount or promotion, you may no longer receive that discount or promotion.

How Do I Pay for My Order?
The only acceptable method of payment at GO Shop is a credit card. We accept the following cards:
- Visa
- MasterCard
- American Express
- Discover
What is Go Shop’s Policy on Taxes?
- We are required to collect tax for orders shipped to Georgia, Maryland and California. Tax is based on tax rates for your taxing jurisdiction (derived from the ship-to address being used for your order). California orders need to enter the county for taxing purposes.
- If you return an item for a refund, you will also receive a refund for the taxes you paid for that item.
Who pays for duties and value-added taxes?
Our prices do not include duties or value-added taxes. If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed by the local customs office. Please keep this in mind when ordering merchandise to be delivered outside the United States.
