When will my order arrive?

We make every effort to deliver in-stock items approximately 10 business days after receiving your order. For details about special shipping methods, see the Shipping Information chart below.

How long will it take to receive a back-ordered item?

We do our best to process items as soon as they become available. It may take a matter of days or several weeks. Back orders are not billed to your credit card until merchandise is shipped. Special shipping is for first delivery only. Back orders will not ship Rush or Express Delivery. To check the approximate availability of an item, call 1-800-221-6707, Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, EST. Outside the United States, call 212-869-1255 or email your question to our customer service team.

Do I have to pay additional shipping costs for a back-ordered item?

We process and ship back-ordered items as soon as they return to stock. You'll be charged for shipping one time, upfront for the entire order.

Who pays for duties and value-added taxes?

Our prices do not include duties or value-added taxes. If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed by the local customs office. Please keep this in mind when ordering merchandise to be delivered outside the United States.

What Shipping Carriers Does GOShop Use?

The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx. The availability of these carriers is determined by the customer’s shipping address and customer selection, or at the discretion of the Distribution Center.

How Can I Check the Status of My Order?

You can check the status of your order with GOShop by clicking on the Order Status link provided on your order confirmation e-mail, or at the top of your personal account page once you Sign In to the site.

How Can I Track My Order?

We will include a tracking number (Federal Express or United Parcel Service) or a delivery confirmation number (United States Postal Service) in yourshipment notification e-mail.
On the Order Status page, you can check the status of your delivery by clicking directly on the Tracking Number provided on the Shipment Summary tab next to Order Details.
